1. Taking part
Confirms you're in a syndicate; your share of any winnings matches your share of the syndicate once your payment is in.
When we confirm your participation, we're confirming you've joined a syndicate and that we have a contract with you. You're entitled to a share of any total winnings from the syndicate that matches your share, once your contribution has been paid.
2. Checking and sharing winnings
Every member sees the syndicate's tips before each draw; winnings are split by share.
Every member of the syndicate gets to see all the tips before the first draw. Any winnings are split between members in line with their shares. Each player gets a payout and an account update.
3. How long it runs and how to cancel
Twelve-month minimum; cancellation in writing, 90 days before the period ends.
The minimum participation period is one playing period (12 calendar months). It rolls over for another playing period unless you cancel in time. Cancellations need to be in writing 90 days before the end of a playing period. Monthly contribution: €96, collected by SEPA Direct Debit.
4. Paying out winnings
Winnings go straight to members, paid in full once over €20 or when you cancel.
Each member authorises Kranz Lotto to act on their behalf. Winnings are paid directly to members. We pay out in full once winnings exceed €20, or when you cancel.
5. Liability and guarantees
Liability is limited to intent or gross negligence; contractual liability is capped at the playing stake.
We're responsible for running things properly for syndicates and players. Our liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. Contractual liability is limited to the simple playing stake of the individual player, except where damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Participation, names, addresses and the involvement of members are subject to gaming confidentiality. We only disclose names with your written permission. Members acknowledge that their data is held electronically. Data protection rules are followed.
7. Final terms
